Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before your stay. In the event of cancellation up to 1 week before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged, thereafter 80%.

Group cancellations (5 rooms or more) are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged, thereafter 80%. These conditions apply to the cancellation of all booked rooms; the general cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of individual rooms.
