In 2012, we expanded our family-run business to include our own winery.
Since then, we’ve been crafting first-class wines with great love and care in our wine cellar, located right inside the wine hotel.
Six years later, in 2018, we added another highlight with a stylish extension that combines our passion for wine and architecture.
Here, you can enjoy not only the excellent cuisine of our restaurant but also the special ambiance of our hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to our little paradise!

Since mid-June 2026, a total of 26 lovingly furnished rooms await you at the Pfeffer & Salz Wine Hotel, including 13 newly designed “Black Forest” category rooms that combine modern comfort with regional character.
