The vinotheque has wooden structures reminiscent of a monastic vault and uses materials such as wood, clay and shingles that reflect the Black Forest.The tasteful design and elegant furnishings create the perfect setting for wine tastings.
The customised wine racks and the open tasting area provide special touches, giving our guests a direct and intensive wine experience that is unique in its kind.

The experts from the Vinum Weinguide 2026 were impressed by the balance and complexity of our vintages. These positive reviews reflect our dedication to crafting wines that delight both connoisseurs and newcomers. We are especially proud of being awarded two stars.
